AEROSMITH'S NEW ALBUM TANKS ON ITS FIRST WEEK SELLING ONLY 65,000 COPIES

Aerosmith's current tour is reportedly in chaos after
the band's first album in a decade, 'Music From Another Dimension,' only sold 65,000 copies its first week. (THATS REALLY BAD! ESP FOR A LEGENDARY BAND LIKE AEROSMITH)

Page Six have report based on two unnamed sources, which states that the band members are "barely speaking to each other." But a band spokesperson has denied the claims.

The New York Post gossip page said that one unnamed source told them, "The band isn't really talking. Aerosmith's record came in fifth after Taylor Swift ["Red"], 'Now That's What I Call Music: Volume 44,' Rod Stewart's 'Merry Christmas, Baby' and Ne-Yo's new release ["R.E.D."]. Pretty bad for their first
release in a decade. No dates on the current tour are sold out."

And another source told them, "Tyler is very unhappy about the reception of the album, and is blaming Columbia." However, a spokesperson from the band did tell the paper that "Aerosmith is doing great and on tour and on fire. Any claim to the contrary is absolutely false.

Here's my take on it...I think they promoted this too hard, too much and made us wait too long til the release. We saw and heard alot right around the end of American Idol in May, which is when they shoulda released the record. But they made us wait til NOV! TOO LONG...after all that time and all the "online leaks" etc,...I was already bored with it.  I felt like it was out for 3 months already and  had moved on.  Somebody dropped the ball, ..cuz all the hype led to a bunch of "hurry up and wait".  F that.
