I haven't been much of a fan of the Superman movies, but this one actually looks like it could be good, especially with Christopher Nolan producing. I think the most-compelling thing about the Superman story is not him flying around battling bad guys, but rather how a child, and then teenager, copes with growing up as a human and surrounded by humans, yet possessing these incredible powers. It looks like this movie gets into that.

And he's got a beard for at least part of the film, so that's awesome.
