I heard the storm brewing around 6:30 and thought, "Sweeeeeet!  This is going to be awesome when I go to bed in half an hour!"  Then I heard a clatter.  Next thought, "Daaaammmmitttt!  I don't have a parking garage anymore!"  

My next door neighbors had three broken windows and I can't drive in my neighborhood without seeing other drivers in hail-battered vehicles or cars parked in the street covered in tarps or plastic.  I was extremely lucky and got by with a few dents in my car, but fortunately, no broken glass.  The latest statistic I read was that Wednesday's storm has caused $400 million in damages.   Here are a few pics from around my 'hood.
