The Cecil Hotel in Los Angeles was having some water pressure issues. So, the maintenance man went up on the roof to check the big tanks that held the hotels's water. He found the problem all right. A CORPSE. 21 year old Elisa Lam had been missing since January 31st.
People staying at the hotel had been using the water to bath, brush teeth, and DRINK. It's 'unclear' whether the water presented any health risks. That's being looked at by the LA Public Health Department.
