Roger Waters and the guys inPink Floyd have had their differences, but that doesn't make them bad people.  In fact, Roger Waters seems like a really genuine guy.

Thursday evening he joined 14 wounded soldiers(some in wheel chairs) on stage for a few songs at the Stand Up For Heroes Benefit.  Roger, who lost his grandfather in WW I and father in WW II, said he shares 'enormous empathy with the men'.

Also on the bill was Bruce Springsteen and comedian Robin Williams.  All the proceeds benefit the Bob Woodruff Foundation.
