You may have heard it mentioned a few times that the Loud and Local library is being rebuilt.  This is to your benefit.  It means that it will be much easier to track the number of spins your music receives!  With that said, it also means that it is extremely important that all songs submitted are final masters.  Also, your local music is held to the same standards regarding content and recording quality as national acts.  Please be sure to send only radio edits.  In the past, I have been able to do some light editing for you, but this is no longer a possibility.  The good news is that digital uploads (mp3, WAV, m4a) are all able to be used!  However, we are still unable to use audio from social networking sites (including Youtube).  If you would like to make a submission, please email files to angelachase971@gmail.com or you can send CDs to the address on this webpage.  Please do not send submissions via Facebook and please remember that Loud and Local is meant to feature DFW bands, signed or unsigned.  

I hope this information is helpful and clears up any questions you may have regarding submissions you may have made presently, or in the past.  If you have received airplay before, you may need to submit again.  Also, please keep in mind that rebuilding 3 1/2 years worth of collected music can be a bit of a daunting task.  I appreciate your patience and respect as we work to make this happen.
