"Inside Edition" tried to go to San Francisco to do a report on people breaking into cars. The crew had a bait car with some valuable stuff inside and hidden GPS units so they could track the stuff once it got stolen. The car burglaries are so crazy though, that BOTH their cars got hit... first the bait car and then their news van while they were reporting on the first theft!
