MIAMI DOLPHINS COACH CAUGHT DOING COKE ON VIDEO

The Miami Dolphins had an offensive line coach named Chris Foerster . . . but he resigned yesterday, after a video of him using a $20 bill to snort three lines of a white substance leaked online.  Obviously, it wasn't powdered sugar.

He released this statement . . . quote, "I'm resigning from my position . . . and accept full responsibility for my actions.  I want to apologize to the organization and my sole focus is on getting the help that I need."

The video is a minute long . . . and apparently, Chris recorded it himself and sent it to a woman who describes herself as a, quote, "professional tease."  She's also the one who posted the video.  Her exact motive is unknown, but racial issues in the NFL may have had something to do with it.

Chris professes his love for her in the video.  It's hard to make out everything he says . . .but at the end he says he wishes he could lick the powder off her nether regions.  It's unclear how old the clip is.

The Dolphins say that even though Chris is no longer with the team, they'll make sure he gets help.  Former Miami receiver Mike Wallace Tweeted, quote, "Dolphins coach living a rock star life, huh?"
