(NEWSER) – Go ahead, rattle it off 10 times fast: "Pad kid poured curd pulled cold." MIT researchers doubt you can pull it off, reports the Huffington Post. That particular phrase so flummoxed test subjects in a study of speech errors that some simply stopped speaking, according to a release from the American Institute of Physics. But it wasn't all fun and games: Results may shed light on brain functions. "When things go wrong, that can tell you something about how the typical, error-free operation should go," says an MIT psychologist. In the meantime: "Pad kid poured curd pulled cold."
